libzookeeper2 software package provides C bindings for zookeeper - transitional package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libzookeeper2
libzookeeper2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libzookeeper2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libzookeeper2 *
You will get with libzookeeper2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
